In February Cobuilder’s Support Team concluded their annual customer satisfaction survey. We would like to thank all our customers who gave us their feedback, and we are happy to share the survey results.
87,5% of the survey participants rate the overall support experience as Excellent.
88% say that our support staff has high professional competence.
87% are very satisfied with the time it took to handle their request.
