But when Michael Murphy, the firm’s corporate manager of project controls, looks at these resources, he doesn’t see schedules. “That’s like a big shopping mall” full of data, he says.
The company is using the Oracle Cloud and Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management. It’s enabling Swinerton to turn up-to-date information from this data mall into custom but automatically generated reports for the firm’s internal staff and partners.
